Welcome to embark on a 4 day holistic wellness retreat immersed in the serene surroundings of Villa Esencia where you can meet like-hearted people, eat delicious organic plant-based meals, walk in stunning wild nature, practice conscious movements, sauna, pool time, daily meditation, enjoy self-time, receive personal counseling & health coaching.

We will co-create nourishing food and have an inspiring conversation together around our relationship with food and the physical body.
You will learn simple, yet fun ways to change your lifestyle to a more natural healthy way of living.

Marianne is a dedicated plant-based chef, infusing her lifelong love of cooking with the wisdom of high-vibrational living. She offers soulful, nourishing meals that support physical vitality and spiritual transformation. Through her culinary creations, spiritual guidance, and nurturing presence, Marianne invites you to experience profound healing and renewal in a sacred and supportive environment.
